Rewinding machine

We manufacturing a heavy duty  Rewinder Machine, which is widely used for cutting and rewinding paper web. The size of the paper is customized according to the clients’ requirements. The rewinding is done by friction on double drum rolls duly loaded with chrome coated roll. A slitting arrangement is provided with pneumatically loaded trimming knives.

• Pusher roll for unloading the rewind roll on collection table
• Braking arrangement is pneumatically operated and water cooled drum is provided
• Trim handling system is provided with blower and dual ventury
